Keeping in-shape is a tough thing to do. How does Kimberly do it!? Easy, first, Say NO to soda.
Next, is exercise. Say, 30 mins of running on the treadmill, 30 mins of lifting weights. Then, she finishes off with ab exercises such as Crunches and stretches. Also, she goes to the gym 3-5 days a week, and still doesn't give up her sweets. But you have to make one change; eating right. Healthy foods always slim you down, especialy fiber.
